Marketing Progress Gauge – Phase 2

Hello Everyone,

I’m pleased to announce that we are nearing the completion of the Prospect portion of our New Web site and some of the Marketing Materials to aid in our membership drives. The Prospect portion of the site is a portal for all girls and parents to learn more about the Rainbow Girls. New brochures and marketing will be available in the coming weeks. Also, the Members section of our Web site will be completed shortly.

I want to thank everyone who provided information, pictures, and various jewelry and trinkets to JohnsonRauhoff! You will get your belongings returned!

On January 31, our NEW WEB SITE will GO LIVE—on that day I will send you the link.
In the meantime, we need help in a few areas. Please do all you can to make the following happen between now and Monday, January 28!

If you’ve been asked to send pictures and Release/Waivers, please do so using the information at the bottom of this letter. You may E-mail pictures as an attached JPG file. You may fax your releases to the fax number below.

We need more Event Photos – this includes signing of Release/Waivers by girls or their guardians. Please give JohnsonRauhoff details behind the scenes and outcome(s) where applicable. The event photos can be the celebration of anything—fundraising, community service, or just plain fun!

Current stories – there’s never enough good news; we want and need more stories of fundraising, community service, and Rainbow acts of kindness.
Please, please, keep the good news flowing to our Marketing Agency!

This is an exciting time—the next few days, weeks, and months are going to ring with a new tone and new attitude: “I’m a Rainbow Girl”.
